In 2014, after thorough research, we decided to have Boarnstream Yachts build our new boat. This Boarncruiser 1100 Elegance was our first boat that was custom-built for us. We chose the Boarncruiser Elegance for its modern look, high level of comfort, and highly efficient layout. Combined with the excellent reputation of Boarnstream Yachts, this gave us the confidence to embark on the building process.
Even though we live and sail in Switzerland, we have always found the customer service after each delivery to be reliable and professional. The support is excellent, and our questions are always answered quickly and to our full satisfaction. This gives us a lot of confidence, even if unexpected problems should arise.
After the Elegance 1100, we commissioned the construction of an Elegance 1200 Long Top in 2018. Currently, our third Boarncruiser, the Elegance 46, is being built. The process of building from a distance has been smooth thanks to the excellent cooperation with Boarnstream. We are regularly updated on the progress and feel well-guided throughout. The transparent communication and professional approach make the remote building process a pleasant experience.
